1310 T Street.

1310 T St NW, Washington, DC

Natural light, transparency and connection to the landscape are the design themes of 1310 T Street.

Floorplan

Transform

Located in the U Street Historic District, the design and renovation of the midblock structure is one of simplicity, meant to enhance natural lighting and views.

Transparency

Sliding walls, glass walls and floating stair treads are defining space elements. These features maximize light and provide picturesque views of the rear yard.

Connection

The structural floor-to-ceiling window wall defines the new south fa├žade. The interior and exterior spaces were designed to compliment each other blurring the line between landscape and interior space.
